Have you been so busy this summer and now you have a long list of repairs and “to-do’s to do at your home or business? If so, our Handyman for the Day may be the perfect fit!
One Man And A Toolbox, LLC shall supply one(1) man to provide up to eight(8) hours of labor on a single day between 7:00am and 6:00pm to perform various maintenance and/or repairs throughout the above location as selected by the client and within the boundaries of which the technician is qualified and meets all local and state building codes at a cost of $480 a man per day. The client is responsible for providing a prioritized list of jobs to be worked on by the technician prior to forty eight hours before the scheduled work is to begin.
Here’s a list of some suggestions: pressure wash your home, fence and/or driveway, clean the gutters, paint trim or doors, hang pictures or mount tv’s on wall, clean grout lines, and the list can go on!
***Please understand that One Man And A Toolbox, LLC does not guaranty completion of a requested job or list of jobs, but rather offers an up to eight(8) hour period of labor to perform various “handyman” type work. Any act requiring additional time to complete shall not be performed on a “Handyman For A Day” and all job requests by the client(s) must meet the approval of the technicians and One Man And A Toolbox, LLC
