Yes! We do both residential and commercial work.

Are you local?

Yes! We are locally owned and operated, and our office is located in Harahan, just outside of New Orleans proper.

What is your service area?

Are you licensed? Are you insured? Are you bonded? Do you have worker’s comp?

We are licensed, insured, and bonded, and our technicians are covered by worker’s comp. Additionally, we are EPA-certified to deal with lead paint remediation.

How soon can you get the job done?

We tend to have many repeat customers because we focus heavily on honesty and quality. Although we work quickly, we are often booked a week or more out, especially in the warmer seasons. When you get your proposal & quote, you will be given an estimate on how long we expect the project to take, but outside factors, such as inclement weather, can be a factor in finishing a project on time. It is always better to schedule things with us before they become emergencies. Regular maintenance and prevention is always better than having to repair damaged or wrecked property.

Can you do work at my rental unit?

Yes! We work with many owners of rental property, both owners who live locally and those who are out of town.

What's your hourly rate?

We don’t have a set “hourly rate” because some projects require more expertise than others. We would be happy to send out one of our project managers to your property to do an assessment and email you a free written proposal & quote. or have one of our skilled handymen give you an estimate for on-the-spot repairs. What do you charge to do a proposal and quote?

We do not charge to come out and quote your project.

Do you charge extra for materials?

No. We do not believe in uncharging for materials — EVER. The quote you receive will be for labor only and will include an estimate on how much we expect materials to cost. When the work is finished, we show you our actual receipts for materials, which you then reimburse us for. Any discounts we get for being a commercial firm gets passed along to you.

Do I have to pay up front?

No. We do not require any sort of deposit or retainer. We never require any payment until work has been completed to your satisfaction. When you receive your quote, there are more details on your contract. And, of course, if you have any questions, call us!

How can I pay?

We accept various forms of payments, including cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and on pre-approved commercial accounts, we also have invoicing channels.
